Through the other tiny incisions, he uses small and precise surgical tools to raise the forehead and brow tissues to a more youthful position, creating a smoother and more natural appearance.

Because Dr. Spies uses the endoscopic brow lift technique, the surgical recovery is much shorter and more comfortable than the recovery after a traditional coronal brow lift. After the surgery, most patients experience mild pain only. Some swelling and bruising will last up to seven days. About one week after surgery, the sutures will be removed, and patients will be able to return to work. Strenuous activity and exercise should be avoided for three to four weeks after the procedure.
