Description:

This 33 year old female had submuscular smooth round silicone implants with eventual stretching of the left breast pocket and dropping of the implant. Both of her implants were replaced with textured ones in order to reduce the risk of the pocket stretching as well as tightening the pocket with internal permanent stitches.
