Breast Revision Patient 05

Description:

This young lady has saline implants placed behind the pectoral muscles. Over time, the pockets stretched dropping the lower part of each implant below the crease of the breast. Also, significant rippling is noted as well. Revision surgery consisted of repairing the pocket with permanent internal stitches so that the implant would sit in a natural position. Silicone implants were placed to reduce rippling.
