Breast lift with Augmentation Patient 10

Some women have significant differences to their breasts as in this 46 year old female. Her left breast is larger and has more sag than the right. Both breasts have submuscular silicone smooth implants. The left also required a lift as well. Better symmetry is seen. Scars still red at one year but will fade in the near future.
