Description:
In 2007, this patient had silicone gel implants placed. She slowly developed bilateral breast pain and firmness. Now, at 55 years old, she elected to have them removed. Both implants were found to be ruptured at the time of surgery. However, implant removal and total capsulectomy was performed.
