Description:

This 45 year old female was concerned about aging around the eyes giving her a tired appearance. She not only has excess skin of her lids and bags, there is considerable loss of volume under the eyes as well. I not only performed an upper/lower blepharoplasty, fat injections were performed to fill in the sunken look from fat loss.
