A 36 year old mother of two desired a ‘mommy makeover’. She wanted fuller and lifted breasts as well as a flatter tummy. Saline breast implants were placed behind the pectoral muscles through an incision at the areola border. A standard tummy tuck was performed as well. The muscle tightening from the tummy tuck gave her an excellent contour.
