Description:

This 62 year old female with normal body weight has been unable to tighten the skin of her inner arms. An arm lift (brachioplasty) was performed resulting in tighter skin and a more youthful appearance to the arms. The post-operative photo does show fading at one year although some patients require more time for the scar to fade.
